Its about 2km from Ikono Local Government Area Headquarters and 4km from Ikot Ekpene LG Area. Its landmass is about 100 hectares.

The serene nature of the College environment, which is sited far away from urban influences, does not attract undesirable and maladaptive behaviours  and optimal development of youth potentialities and talents

The College is managed and funded by the Akwa Ibom state government. The college has no religious affiliation, nor does it reject students from other ethnical backgrounds outside Akwa Ibom.
