The requirement for SAF Polytechnic Post UTME screening that will be held on Wednesday 13th – Friday 15th November 2025 @ the campus premises.

Successful applicants are expected to come along with the original copies of their credentials and 4 photocopies each of the following:

1. Application form

2. Application form receipt

3. JAMB Score printout slip

4. Change of Institution printout slip

5. O-level result(s)

6. Local Government certificate

7. Birth certificate

8. Secondary school testimonial

9.  Four passport photographs.
