How Can I be Eligible for ATBU Direct Entry Screening?
To be eligible for the ATBU direct entry screening, all candidates must have:
- Made the ATBU their first choice of institution in the 2025/2026 Direct Entry Admission.
- A minimum of credit passes in five (5) O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
The management of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) invites applications from suitably qualified Direct Entry (DE) candidates for admission into various Degree Programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) direct entry admission application form 2025/2026 is open to all interested applicants irrespective of color, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or national origin.
Also, both Indigenes and non-indigenes interested applicants can apply for the ATBU Admission 2025/2026 as Government Sponsored or Private candidates.

- Visit https://www.atbu.edu.ng/
- Select Admission Forms Link
- Select Direct Entry as the Admissions Form Type
- Enter your phone number and email address
- Click on MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment
- Payment can be made online using ATM Card/Internet Banking or at any branch of all the Commercial Banks using pre-payment slips.
- After payment return to the online portal and click on Register Link to obtain your login credentials to complete your registration.
- Printout the 2025/2026 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip
